  1. What is the difference between heated tobacco and vapers?
The differences that exist between vaper and heated tobacco. The first of them, also known as a vaping product, does not produce smoke or ashes. Instead of burning tobacco, e-cigarettes heat a liquid that is usually a mixture of propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), nicotine, flavorings, and sometimes water, although nicotine-free liquids also exist.
For its part, IQOS ILUMA works by heating the tobacco to a temperature high enough to release the vapor but without burning it.
  2. They don’t burn, they heat
The smoke toxins produced by the combustion of tobacco release more than 7,000 chemical substances and are the main cause of health damage. That is why IQOS ILUMA does not burn, but rather heats. In the case of vapers, they use a liquid with or without nicotine and, in the case of heated tobacco products, they use a unit of tobacco. This results in a reduction in toxins compared to traditional cigarettes.
  3. Goodbye to bad odors and easy to transport
Both vapers and heated tobacco, in addition to being a potentially lower risk alternative for smokers, are also a more hygienic option than traditional cigarettes thanks to their reduced odor and no ash production. Likewise, its size makes it easy to carry anywhere.
  4. IQOS ILUMA, thanks to SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ induction heating technology, heats the tobacco from the inside. Vapers heat liquids that may or may not contain nicotine. Both systems prevent combustion and therefore do not produce smoke or ash.
